What does a set of plans include?
All house plans purchased from Wyrick Residential Design include:
Front, Rear, Left and Right Exterior Elevations
First and Second (if applicable) Floor Plans
First and Second (if applicable) Electrical Plans
Roof, Rafter and Roof Pitch Plans
Interior and Framing Details
We do not include any HVAC drawings, plumbing pipe sizes or locations, or electrical wiring or panel diagrams.
Do the plans include engineering?
No they do not. Because these plans are sold throughout the world, we are not able to provide engineering specific to the location that the home is built. Please contact a structural engineer in your area to find out what they will need to complete the engineering. If need be you can purchase the CAD file (digital) for your home from Wyrick Residential Design.
Are the plans designed to any specific building code?
All of our plans are designed to meet or exceed the International Residential Code.
I am not sure how many sets I need to build my house. What do I do?
Our PDF set of plans would be perfect for you. With this file format you are able to print as many sets of plans as you need through most local printing shops.
